Are you undereating? As a rule of thumb, one should not be eating anything less than 1200 calories a day. Exercise should help you feel more refresh and energetic unlike what you stated above. Start slow by tweaking your diet first, add more veggies to your meals.  Drink lots of water. Also have some fruits daily. Give your immune system a much needed boost.

I don’t have a top 10 food for abs. Haha. If you want to have abs, it’s about limiting your calories daily to shed fat. That’s all. Eat more low-gi carbs and vegetables. They help you feel full longer. For exercises, I have only 2 in mind that I swear by them. Pull-ups and Hanging Leg raises. :)

Hey, Thx for the kind words!! :D Here’s some simple tips to start a healthy diet. 1) For beverage, drink only Water or Green tea. 2) Eat whole, unprocessed foods. 3) Learn to read nutrition labels on food before purchasing. 4) Try to have some leafy green vegetables included in your meals. 5) Never eat until you’re too full but have more regular meals daily.
